A warm stay with a hiccup

The hotel's location was perfect for our sightseeing adventures. Each morning, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast buffet that fueled our day. The accommodating staff truly made us feel welcome!

However, the check-out experience soured our stay. A manager recklessly assumed we had taken a bathrobe, despite us having purchased three from customer service. This interaction left a bad taste.

The amenities were impressive, especially the

clean swimming pool on the 42nd floor, which offered fantastic views. However, the elevators were a bit inconvenient, requiring several changes to access different areas of the hotel, slightly detracting from the overall experience.

Excellent hotel, with cooperative staff and great location! Wifi was impressive, making my stay very convenient.

While service was impeccable, the rooms felt a bit dated, lacking some modern tech features.

The daily supply of small water bottles and a plate of fresh fruit were a thoughtful touch. The pool on the 42nd floor provided breathtaking views of the city and the Gulf, making for a relaxing retreat after a long day.
